Who can use the app?

The Our St. Jude Mobile App is for St. Jude patient families. You must have an active St. Jude MyChart account.

How do I access the app?

Download the Our St. Jude Mobile App from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

What mobile devices can I use?

Our St. Jude Mobile App is available for iPhones and iPads running iOS 15 and higher and for Android phones running Android 8.0 and higher.

How can I turn off my notifications?

Our St. Jude Mobile App asks permission to allow notifications during the account set-up. You can also control what notifications you receive after installing. To access this setting in the app, go to Menu and click the settings gear located in the upper right. Select “Push Notifications” and choose which type of notifications you would like to receive.

How can I sign out of the app?

Go to the Menu/Your Profile screen. A sign out button is located at the bottom of the screen.

How can I update my password?

Select the “Forgot Password” link from the login screen.

How can I update my 6 digit passcode?

Reset your passcode from the Settings screen. To access this feature, go to Menu and click the settings gear located in the upper right.

Why am I asked to turn on location services?

The app uses location information to provide campus directions.

Why can’t I use Wayfinding from home?

The Wayfinding feature requires beacon hardware that is available only on the St. Jude campus.
